- We currently ship only within the United Kingdom
- All UK orders receive free priority shipping
- There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs
2. Order Cut-Off Time
- Daily order cut off time: 2:00pm (UK Time - GMT)
- Orders placed before 2:00pm on a business day begin processing the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00pm, on Sundays, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and UK public holidays.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Dispatch means the order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier
- You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to become active.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- An estimated delivery date

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave a delivery notice
- Hold the parcel at a local depot for a limited time
- Orders returned to us due to failed delivery can be reshipped
- Please note that reshipment may extend the delivery timeframe
- We’re happy to attempt redelivery at no extra cost. If the package has already been returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply based on the carrier’s rates.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is:
- Lost in transit, or
- Delivered damaged
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund, where applicable.
9. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping
- Orders are accepted only for UK delivery addresses
